The Yorkshire Vet: Watching the Dachshunds in Munich - Julian Norton

Sitting in a sunny park is a great opportunity to people-watch. On this particular afternoon, Anne and I were in a beautifully relaxing expanse of green called ‘The English Garden” in the middle of Munich. We were on our way to see some friends who live in Southern Bavaria, right on the edge of the alps. Their posting was coming to an end and they only had a couple more months left in this mountain haven. This was our last chance to pay them a visit. It’s hard to refuse an invitation to the mountains, even if it’s only for a few days
